Float Registered Nurse (RN) - Residential Services The Arc Erie County New York
Pay: $37.62-$40.00/hour (based on experience) + $2.00 per hour stipend
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
What You'll Do:
Provide nursing support across multiple residential homes.
Assess health needs, coordinate medical care, and oversee medication management.
Educate and support residential staff on health and safety procedures.
Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Help ensure individuals receive exceptional care while maintaining their independence.
What We're Looking For:
Active New York State RN license.
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment.
Flexibility to travel between residential locations and participate in rotating on-call coverage.
