When a Fort Myers homeowner loses power or has a panel past its prime, you're the one who shows up and makes it right.
The Role
As our Residential Electrician, you diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems for homeowners across the Fort Myers area. You run your own service calls, present clear repair and upgrade options, and work closely with dispatch and your service manager to keep customers safe and coming back. This is a full-time, field-based role out of our Fort Myers office. We're looking for a sharp troubleshooter who does it right the first time, communicates with confidence, and is motivated by performance-based pay.
What You'll Do
Service and Repair
• Diagnose and troubleshoot circuits, panels, breakers, wiring, and devices.
• Repair and replace panels, breakers, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
• Install panel upgrades, surge protection, dedicated circuits, generators, and EV chargers.
• Complete all work to NEC and local code, including permits and inspections.
Customer Experience
• Present clear repair and upgrade options so customers can decide with confidence.
• Perform safety inspections and flag hazards, code deficiencies, and storm damage.
• Enroll customers in maintenance plans and service agreements.
• Leave every home clean and every customer confident in the work.
Team and Accountability
• Document invoices, option sheets, photos, and job notes in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate with dispatch, CSRs, and your service manager throughout the day.
• Keep your service vehicle stocked, clean, and maintained.
• Take your turn in the on-call rotation, including storm response.
What You Bring
Must-haves
• 3+ years of hands-on residential electrical service or construction experience.
• Valid electrical license or certification and working knowledge of the NEC.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds in Florida heat.
Nice-to-haves
• Journeyman-level experience or license.
• ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience.
• Experience with generator, EV charger, or panel upgrade installs.
Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
• Performance-based pay with earning potential of $80,000-$200,000 depending on experience
