Position: Residential Construction Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Residential Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, guiding homeowners from initial consultation through contract signing for custom builds, renovations, and remodeling projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, project scope, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to prepare accurate proposals and bids.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and close contracts with homeowners.
- Maintain client relationships throughout the construction process to ensure high satisfaction and secure future referrals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven sales experience (residential construction, remodeling, or building materials preferred).
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic estimating tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits.
