In this role, you'll run multiple single-family residential projects at once, including both remodels and new home builds, from start to finish.
We're looking for a self-starter who stays organized under pressure, solves problems as they come up, and communicates clearly with everyone involved in a project, from homeowners to subcontractors to the building department. What you'll do- Manage several single-family home projects at the same time, including remodels and new construction
- Coordinate subcontractors and keep project schedules on track
- Order materials and make sure they arrive when needed
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners
- Work with local building departments on permits and inspections
- Communicate with engineers and architects throughout each project
- Identify issues early and find practical solutions to keep jobs moving
What we're looking for- 5+ years of residential project management experience
- Hands-on experience with both remodeling and new home construction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize across multiple projects
- A team player who is also self-motivated
- An eye for improving processes and getting better results
- Procore experience is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
