Responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of a construction project on site
- Manage the project schedule
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Qualifications and Requirements:- 5+ years of previous experience in construction
- Experience as a bags on supervisor
- Experience as a carpenter
- Experience reviewing subcontractor scopes

Job Site Locations: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
- End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
