The Residential Services Director supports the daily operations and resident experience within the independent living neighborhood. This role ensures engaging programming, responsive service and smooth operations while fostering a welcoming, service-driven community environment.
What You'll Do:
• Plan, implement and evaluate independent living activity programs
• Partner with Resident Association and support committee-led initiatives
• Assist residents during move-ins, transitions and return from healthcare stays
• Support assigned departments such as concierge, transportation and security
• Resolve resident and family concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor quality-of-life outcomes and resident engagement
• Oversee concierge team performance and service standards
• Ensure emergency response systems are updated and functioning
• Assist with incident reporting and month-end billing documentation
• Collaborate with sales and wellness teams to support resident needs
