Qualifications - Massachusetts LPN or RN license
- Prior management experience in an Assisted Living setting
- Strong expertise in Nursing and Case Management to provide and oversee quality care for residents.
- Knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine practices to ensure effective coordination of healthcare solutions.
- Experience in Training to mentor and guide caregiving and nursing staff.
- Ability to collaborate with families and act as a resource for care-related decisions.
- Valid nursing license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care services.
