What You'll Do:- Develop advanced power and thermal management technologies for military and commercial applications
- Design, build, and validate prototype systems to demonstrate new concepts
- Conduct experimental research in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and micro-fluidics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and identify solution pathways
- Analyze data, interpret results, and refine designs using sound engineering judgment
- Contribute to the advancement of innovative R&D initiatives within the Power and Thermal-Fluids group
What You Need:- M.S. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field (0-5 years of experience; higher experience considered)
- Strong technical background in heat transfer and fluid dynamics
- Hands-on laboratory and experimental research experience
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and technical problem-solving
- Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, Icepak, Workbench) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and developing cutting-edge technologies
- US citizenship due to access restrictions.

Salary Range: $90,800.00-$121,100.000
