Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager based in New York City to drive delivery of our SaaS and AI-powered solutions. You will work side by side with our R&D teams in the US and the Americas, and partner with cross-functional teams in EU time zones. You will own the program lifecycle from concept to deployment, and use AI to make delivery faster, more predictable, and more transparent.

Planning and Execution
Build and maintain program plans across requirements, development and SaaS deployment using AI/ML model readiness, and documentation.
Lead cross-functional teams across the US, Americas, and EU to deliver SaaS and AI-enabled capabilities on time and to quality standards.
Apply proven program methodologies and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, forecast risks early, and remove blockers.
Track progress, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively.
R&D Partnership
Serve as the primary program partner to R&D leaders, architects, and product managers.
Run planning cadences with collaboration across all functions, keeping the teams aligned and decisions moving.
SaaS Release coordination
