Under the direction of the Research Integrity Officer, the Research Compliance Auditor is responsible for assisting the RIO with the implementation of the Research Compliance Program. The Research Compliance Auditor is responsible for conducting regular research compliance auditing and monitoring activities, providing research compliance education and training, assisting with the investigation of research compliance issues, and maintaining Office of Research Compliance (ORC) documentation. This role will focus on research billing compliance, auditing grant management, and adherence to research billing regulations. Works at a high level within the organization; requires strict adherence to confidentiality and privacy practices; and has the authority to review all documents and other information that are relevant to research compliance activities.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in a related field, or significant/applicable college coursework that demonstrates competency.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in a research regulatory setting with progressively increasing responsibility which includes research billing and/ or grant management.
Experience with research billing auditing processes.

Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific, Laboratory Animal Science, or related field.
Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) by Compliance Certification Board (CCB) or equivalent.
Experience or knowledge in clinical research, animal research, IBC regulations, and project management.
Compensation Range
$91,010.00 - $136,514.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
