Requirements Analyst L2Location: Annapolis Junction, MD | Onsite

Salary Range: $106,800.00

What You'll Do- Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
- Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
- Elicit and analyze IT requirements to determine customer needs.
- Interface with IT professionals to produce, store, communicate, and disseminate information as it relates to software applications and. computer hardware.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations.
- Directly contributes to IT program/project efforts (e.g., validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements).
- Report on technical progress, identifies resolution for problem areas, and writes and reviews technical documentation.
- Record requirements that may be documented in various forms (i.e., Remedy, SM 7, and Templates).
- Create and deliver statistical data.
- Write and collect requirement procedures.
- Review requirements and determine if requirements are clear, complete, consistent, and advise with resolving any conflicts.
- Prepare requirement status reviews and other formal reviews.
- Review and provide recommendations for appropriate provisioning of requirements.
- Verify compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements, to avoid misroutes of requirements.
- Communicate issues and identify solutions.
- Verify that requirements strategies are addressed.
What You Bring- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience supporting government or DoD programs
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Requires two (2) years of relevant experience in requirement gathering or of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government or Intelligence Community, and a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) additional years of relevant experience may be may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications- Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)
- Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
- Background in process improvement or analytical services
Compensation & BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is
$106,800.00, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
