All positions require in-person work. Applicants must live within commuting distance of the listed work location to be considered. Some roles may allow limited telework, but regular on-site attendance is required. These are not fully remote positions.

The mission
Elicit, document and manage IT requirements so implementation teams deliver what customers need.
What you'll do
• Elicit and analyze IT requirements from customers
• Document requirements in ticketing systems and templates
• Review requirements for clarity, completeness and consistency
• Prepare requirement status and formal reviews
• Verify regulatory and administrative compliance
• Report on progress and write technical documentation
What you'll bring
• Experience in requirements analysis or systems engineering on programs of similar scope. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management or a related discipline.

• Statistical reporting
• Customer liaison and communication skills
• Technical documentation
Preferred qualifications
• Experience planning or leading systems engineering efforts
