Summary:- Lead the RED Team in evaluating requirements, designing solutions, and managing execution of projects.
- Implement a well-crafted project plan that considers project goals, potential risks, timelines, budgets, and ultimate customer satisfaction with end results.
- Drives the project plan to stay on task and not get diverted to side projects that delay project deliverables and do not enhance the overall project goals.
- Have ultimate responsibility for the fiscal health of the project and makes good decisions based on customer requirements and needs and allotted finances.
- Leads and motives a high achieving team. Provides substantive performance feedback and deals with potential issues early so that overall deliverables and quality are not affected.
- Make good decisions under pressure, ensuring risks and potential outcomes are considered.
- Ensure project compliance by following all DoD process, procedures, and regulations.
- Build effective relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on progress being made, identified roadblocks, and solutions to issues. Provides leadership and stakeholders confidence in the project management process and outcomes.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Project Manager in a DoD IT environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at a minimum.
- Proven proficiency in preparing detailed cost estimate reports.
- Proven proficiency in relevant software tools including MS Office.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence leadership and stakeholders.
- All candidates must have a current secret clearance.
- All candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.

The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
