Main Responsibility Areas:
Team Leadership & Strategy
- People Leadership: Manage and mentor the direct report(s) to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Process Excellence: Cultivate an environment of mutual value and consistently look to enhance renewal and sales workflows.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
Renewals & Commercial Management
- Trusted Advisor: Serve as a consultative advisor for customers and internal sales teams regarding support needs and competitive renewal quotes.
- Contract Management: Utilize playbook best practices to ensure renewal contracts are executed at full value and on time.
- Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with Finance and Sales to resolve discrepancies in orders, pricing, or contracts.
CRM Governance & Analytics
- Salesforce Oversight: Oversee the optimization of Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity, proper storage of documents, and high-quality opportunity management.
- Insightful Reporting: Maintain and update reporting systems to provide accurate renewal forecasts and business insights through dashboards.
- Pipeline Health: Analyze sales trends and conversion rates to identify commercial opportunities and improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Significant experience in Sales Operations, Renewals, or a customer-centric environment.
- Education: University/College degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including automation tools (Flow, Reports, and Dashboards).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and the ability to persuade while maintaining integrity.
- Strong sense of urgency, autonomy, and ownership over complex tasks.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and values accuracy.
