How the No-Experience Part Actually Works

We've built training specifically for people without a sales or insurance background - covering product fundamentals, how to structure a natural client conversation, and how to handle the questions and objections that come up regularly. A mentor supports you through your first live calls, and that support continues as you build your production over time.

How the Uncapped Part Actually Works

There's no ceiling built into the pay structure. You're paid on commission for what you close, and there's no maximum threshold where additional production stops mattering. Every conversation is with a family who already asked for help finding life insurance coverage - no cold outreach anywhere in this role.

What Typical Results Look Like

$800 to $1,200 per sale on average. Based on consistent effort:

• $50,000+ part-time in year one
• $80,000 to $300,000+ full-time in year one

Pay is issued daily/weekly, with performance-based incentives layered on top for agents who hit production milestones.
