Reliability Technician. As part of this role...
What you will do...- Identify & Report issues with equipment condition.
- Inspection routes, Maintenance Activities and detailing all anomalies found in SAP.
- Perform quality inspections on incoming motors to confirm they meet the established standards.
- Test 480vac motors using PdMA software.
- IR scans
- Governance, maintenance & data analysis for all IoT systems or online measurements.
What you will need to succeed...- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Food Industry experience highly preferred
- Understanding of three phase motors (480vac)
- Full understanding of electrical measurement tools ie...multimeter, megger, IR electrical scanner knowledge, thermographic camera.
- Experience in the following - PLC knowledge, control systems, and VFD's
- Willing to learn PdMA software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook applications
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic CMMS experience (SAP preferred)

The base pay range for this position is $35.00 to $45.00 per hour. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
