Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)
• 3+ years of reliability experience in continuous process manufacturing
• Familiar with condition monitoring tools (vibration analysis, ultrasonics, thermography)
• Proven experience facilitating effective root cause failure analyses (RCFA)
• Background in FMECA's and production loss analysis
• Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills
• Proficient with Maximo or similar CMMS, MS Office, and AutoCAD
• Willingness to travel occasionally for knowledge sharing
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Operational or supervisory experience is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Lead training on Maximo-integrated Maintenance Management System and Troubleshooting to enhance reliability programs
• Participate in corporate reliability meetings and training to keep abreast of industry knowledge
• Conduct corporate surveys and benchmarking as part of reliability assessments
• Analyze production loss and maintenance cost data to target areas for improvement
• Perform Pareto analyses on downtime and waste to identify reliability improvement opportunities
• Initiate and develop a Condition Monitoring program using ultrasonic and vibration technologies
• Oversee contractors for equipment modifications and ensure precision in installations
• Support and train plant users on Maximo best practices and FMECA standards
