Full Job Description
Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc. seeks a Release Train Engineering Senior Manager for the Bloomfield, CT location to work on the Agile Release Train (ART) removing impediments, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement to ensure value delivery across multiple Agile teams.

Responsibilities:
• Build technology roadmap to identify strategic objectives, assess the technology landscape, and identify initiatives.
• Collaborate with architects and data engineers to implement a recommendations pipeline which enables affordable care for customers.
• Create and manage release schedules ensuring timely delivery of releases.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with releases. Promote DevOps and continuous delivery practices within the ART.
• Create UML diagrams such as Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, and Wireframe prototyping.
• Design and manage requirements with cloud services such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Work with data architects to manage the development and optimization of data warehousing solutions using Teradata, Snowflake.
• Facilitate dashboards using tableau and Jira.
• Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years of experience in any IT role in the healthcare industry. Will accept a Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
• Must have Experience with: managing Teradata CRM solutions in healthcare;
• Identifying and managing technical roadmaps for Snowflake data store for healthcare payers;
• Managing AWS technologies including Terraform, S3, and Glue ETL for a large healthcare payer;
• Pharmacy domain;
• Managing real time decision making for Next best actions using VCXaaS product;
• Managing the maintenance of services using caches including Redis and Mongo Atlas;
• Identifying and managing redpoint products for campaign and communication outreach such as RPI, RTD and ETL tools like RPDM;
• Building custom rest API's for consumer portals using Java and Springboot frameworks to get qualified recommendations;
• Managing the production and consumption of messages from Apache Kafka topics used for data streaming purposes;
• Managing Twilio API to send text messages to end users for appointment reminders and acknowledgements;
• Managing Amazon SES to send out email notifications to end users;
• CI/CD pipelines and tools including Jenkins and GitLab.

Salary Range: $135,700-$226,100/year

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 135,700 - 226,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
