Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles like RTE, Senior SM, or Agile Coach; experience in scaling Agile is essential.
• Hands-on experience with integrated, end-to-end software systems management.
• Expertise in facilitating PI Planning and coordinating multiple Agile teams.
• Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and managing stakeholders effectively.
• SAFe RTE certification is mandatory; relevant credentials show compliance with Agile practices.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Monday; tools experience is crucial for workflow management.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, ensuring technical understanding needed for the role.
• For the Brossard location: fluency in both English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery by overseeing the complete delivery timeline from inception to deployment.
• Establish and maintain the ART cadence and develop effective working methods, including regular ART syncs and system demos.
• Plan and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, while monitoring PI objectives, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify and eliminate systemic impediments that obstruct progress across multiple teams and departments.
• Enhance project flow and predictability through the use of metrics and effective coaching strategies.
