About the Position: Big Stone Therapies is seeking a dedicated and experienced Rehab Manager to lead and support our therapy services at Vitality Living in Aitkin, MN. Schedule: This position will be performed alongside the daily responsibilities of a practicing Therapist or Therapist Assistant at the clinic.

- Provide direct leadership and support to clinical teams

Requirements
- Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Therapy or Therapy Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing in Minnesota.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of clinical operations across multiple service lines (LTC, Home Health, Inpatient, Outpatient)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in person
