• Develop new training content and maintain existing course materials, reviewing and updating them to reflect current trends in statutory accounting, GAAP, and related technical areas
• Answer technical questions from clients on statutory accounting, GAAP accounting, and other accounting-technical areas
• Collaborate with Education Services Coordinators to set up private education opportunities and maintain a working understanding of team tools and resources
• Work with instructors to modularize content for delivery across multiple formats and lengths, including live, web, and self-study
• Achieve consistency in the storage and management of the content library
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with internal and external clients
• Execute the instructor role as needed, with responsibilities that may expand over time
• Establish a strong collaborative relationship and consistent line of communication with the Director of Education Services
What We Need From You

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the (re)insurance industry
• Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities through to completion
• Ability to take initiative on projects and see them through with accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Flexibility to travel primarily within the contiguous United States (Regulatory Education Directors average approximately 30 nights away from home per year)
