OverviewPosition Summary
In this role you will collaborate with Regulatory Team in interpreting global regulations, assist internal & external stakeholders with regulatory compliance and support new product development and evaluation.

Responsibilities
- Generate Hazard Communication documents, preparing and reviewing Safety Data Sheet and Product Labels, ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance for paints and coatings in North America.
- Monitor changes to regulatory requirements such as VOC regulations for US and Canada and sharing information with team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a regulatory perspective for ongoing and upcoming initiatives within the organization and represent Benjamin Moore in industry groups (ACA).
A SUCCESSFUL REGULATORY SPECIALIST HAS THE FOLLOWING:
- Strong knowledge of Global Harmonized System (GHS)
- Knowledge of domestic and international chemical regulatory compliance
- Experience in SDS & Label generation.
- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance software.
- Working knowledge of Transport Classification Regulations (US and Canada) is desirable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science in Chemistry, Biology, Occupational or Public Health and Safety, Toxicology, Environmental Science, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Safety, Product Compliance, or EHS
- Knowledge of paint or chemical processing is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in typical Office software.

Student Loan Repayment Assistance Program
Benjamin Moore provides Student Loan Repayment Assistance Program to support eligible active employees who graduated from an accredited post-secondary educational institution. The Repayment Program is intended to contribute to reducing employee's student loans. The Company follows all rules and regulations concerning the taxability of student loan repayments provided under applicable law.
Pay Range USD $85,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
