What You'll Do- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident health and clinical outcomes
- Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
What You'll Need- Current Utah RN license (or NLC-eligible)
- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Long-term care experience preferred
