Registered Nurse Supervisor (11p-7a Shift) (7a - 3p) Fulltime Part time Sign on Bonus $4000Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team, working 7 a - 3p or 11p-7a shift. As a leader in our facility, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our nursing staff, while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the activities of a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient care and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
