Registered Nurse (RN)Schedule: Full-Time
12hr Shift
Pay Range: $51.00-$60.50/hr DOE
Location: Grants Pass, OR at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center
What You'll Do- Develop, implement, and update comprehensive, individualized care plans
- Assess residents' needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Provide compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care
- Supervise and support nursing staff to promote excellent resident outcomes
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure nursing practices comply with applicable state and federal regulations
- Serve as a knowledgeable and compassionate leader for residents and team members
What We're Looking For- Current Oregon RN License
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Experience or interest in providing individualized care in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
- Ability to effectively supervise and lead nursing staff
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing practice
- Most importantly, a genuine passion for helping others
