What You'll DoAs an RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight of daily nursing operations while supporting residents and the nursing team.
- Supervise, lead, and support nursing staff to promote safe, high-quality resident care
- Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to CNAs, LVNs/LPNs, and other nursing staff
- Monitor residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition, emergencies, and clinical needs
- Ensure medications, treatments, assessments, and documentation are completed accurately and timely
- Coordinate daily nursing assignments and assist with staffing and coverage
- Ensure nursing practices comply with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in care planning, care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a strong resident-centered care culture
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team during the shift
What We're Looking For- Current, active California RN license
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a nursing team
- Strong commitment to resident-centered care and clinical excellence
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
