This is a RN Travel position. You must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be considered for this position.
* Pay package is based on 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined for travel positions.

Interventional Radiology RN (IR RN)Position Overview
Exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art environment providing specialized patient care
Provides care to adult inpatients and outpatients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
Procedures include biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, drain placements, and other image-guided procedures
Role includes preparing patients, intra-procedure monitoring, and post-procedure recovery including PACU and extended stay (23-hour)
IR is an essential part of the critical embolization response team for trauma patients
The IR RN collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule
4x10-hour shifts only
Blocked schedule, 40 hours per week
Weekends, holidays, and on call per unit need

Required Certifications & Qualifications
NYS RN License
BLS (AHA only)
ACLS (AHA only)
Telemetry experience required
Minimum two (2) years of experience
1 year of recent IR experience
Dress Code & Infection Prevention
Will be required to wear hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops
Additional infection prevention measures required when working in procedural areas
