Schedule Details/Additional Information:- Surgical Services operates Monday through Friday from 07:00 to 17:00. Coverage is provided through a mix of 8-hour and 10-hour shifts (26 hrs weekly) or strict 10 hr shifts (40 hrs weekly)
- 8-hour shift: 07:00-15:30
- 10-hour shift: 07:00-17:00
- This position requires participation in on-call coverage. Call is typically scheduled every 13th weekend and 2-3 weekdays per month.
- Weekday call: 15:00-07:00
- Weekend call: Friday at 15:00 through Monday at 07:00.

We're Looking For:- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You'll Do:- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location: Located along the shores of Lake Michigan, Aurora Medical Center - Manitowoc County features state-of-the-art facilities and patient rooms with views of either the surrounding lake or gardens.
