Compensation & Schedule- Base Pay: $35.00-$42.76 (based on experience)
- Shift Differential: $1.50/hr for evening and $3.00/hr for nights
- up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (FT or PT)
- Full-time and PRN positions available
- 8 hour or 12 hour shifts
- Predictable scheduling
What You'll Do- Lead and support CNAs
- Deliver high-quality skilled nursing care
- Partner with families and providers
- Practice with autonomy and clinical integrity
- Build long-term relationships with residents
Qualifications- Current Illinois RN license
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (we love new grads!)
- Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work every other weekend/holiday
