How you9ll contribute

A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.

• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.

• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.

• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.

• Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

What we9re looking for

Applicants should have an active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.Associate degree in nursing required.

Additional requirements include:

• Bachelor9s degree preferred
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support
• Experience in clinical area preferred
