Schedule Details/Additional Information:- A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.
- 3 12hr shifts per week, 7a-7p (days)
- Weekend and holiday requirements.
Pay Range:$38.20 - $57.30
Major Responsibilities:About the role:As an RN, you'll provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patients, and help drive positive outcomes.
What a Registered Nurse/RN Will Do:- Provide patient-centered care for patients requiring short-term monitoring and evaluation.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families.
- Use evidence-based practices and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
- Identify risks and maintain a safe care environment.
- Float to other units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

What a Registered Nurse/RN will Need:- RN license in applicable state
- BLS required (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Typically 1+ year of clinical nursing experience preferred
Key Skills:- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
- Ability to manage fast-paced, short-stay patient populations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements:Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling, including assisting with transfers. Must respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Exposure to clinical environments requiring appropriate protective equipment
