Join Our Care Team
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. Nurses are assigned to a specific care area, which may include memory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing, depending on the position.

Position Summary for Registered Nurses (RN)

The RN is a valued member of the nursing team responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with each resident's individualized care plan. This role supports residents in a designated care setting while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety. RNs also provide clinical oversight, coordination of care, and guidance to nursing assistants as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities for Registered Nurses (RN)
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and clinical interventions
  • Assess residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive status and respond appropriately
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Supervise and support CNAs in delivering daily care and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition to appropriate team members
  • Promote residents' independence, preferences, and dignity while maintaining safety
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, team members, residents, and families
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols
  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions
Requirements for Registered Nurses (RN)
  • Active and in-good-standing RN license in the State of Maine
  • Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, residents, families, and supervisors
  • Ability to exercise clinical judgment, discretion, and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Basic computer skills
Shifts Available:

Full-Time or Part-Time positions available. Most positions require every other weekend.

$36.81 - $45.24 per hour
