$45.00/Hour | Full-Time | Skilled NursingThe Lutheran Home | Arlington Heights, ILAs an RN, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care to residents while working alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a faith-based senior living community.
What You'll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Complete assessments and monitor resident conditions
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
QualificationsRequired:- Current Illinois RN License
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care experience
Preferred:- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compensation- $45.00/hour
- Pay in Lieu of Benefits (PIB) position
- Additional shift differentials may apply

- Available shifts:
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 7:00am - 7:00pm
- 7:00pm - 7:00am
