Summary:Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, the RN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift. Nursing care is provided through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
Who We're Looking For- Active RN license and current CPR certification
- Compassion for older adults and a team-first, accountable approach
- Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment
- Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and ability to meet all legal health requirements
- Skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support
