Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of residents/patients during a shift
Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the care plan
Collaborate with the Unit Manager/ADON/DON to ensure quality care
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
