Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - new grads welcome!
• Successful completion of nurse residency upon hire, if applicable.
• CT RN license required upon starting.
• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience with CPI's Crisis Development Model.
• Must be able to effectively communicate information in English.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred; medical translator certification available.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, quality trauma informed care for specialized patient population.
• Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and care strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage medication administration and ensure compliance.
• Educate patients and families on health management and services.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
