Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in the medical care and treatment of students.
The Registered Nurse takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, dresses wounds and assist with student physicals.
Administers specified medication and annotates time and amount on patient's chart.
The Registered Nurse assembles, sterilizes and uses various medical equipment and supplies
Maintains charts for trainees seen by medical personnel.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse's License in state of Iowa required.
One year of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse; prefer 2+ years of experience.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record preferred.
Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
