🚗 What You'll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
- Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team
🕒 Schedule- Full-time: 30+ hours per week
- Day shifts (Monday - Friday)
- Every other weekend required
