In This Role You Will:- Be responsible for quality nursing care is provided with the assistance of other team members to all residents living in the assigned area maintaining Clark standards and practice
- Pass medications, perform treatments, monitor care and oversee staff. May be required to provide direct patient care to patients when necessary
- Coordinate all aspects of each resident's nursing care with the assistance of other team disciplines for the time assigned with them
- Ensure that proper resident care standards and practices are followed
- Communicate with residents, families and designated representatives about resident care issues
- Participate in the orientation process of new employees to ensure that competency requirements are met
Shift Details:- 12 hour shifts: 6am to 6:30pm
- Full Time, Part Time, Weekend-Only, or PRN / Contingent opportunities
Who You Are:- A licensed RN in the state of Michigan with a passion for compassionate, resident-centered care
- Knowledgeable in nursing regulations, standards, and practices
- Understand and successfully perform job functions. Works effectively, is precise, able to prioritize and meet job requirements and deadlines.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and discretion in the performance of job duties.
