Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Mon & Thurs 10:30am-12:30pm (Snellville), Mon-Fri 4:30p-6:30p (Conyers)Hours: 30+If you're passionate about delivering personalized care and building meaningful relationships with patients, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes
- Travel to multiple client locations in the Woodstock area
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment and wellness
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced care team
Schedule- Full-time: 30+ hours per week
- Day shifts (Monday - Friday)
- Every other weekend required

What We're Looking For- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Willingness to travel between client homes
- Strong clinical and organizational skills

- Home health experience is a plus, but not required
