Cohannet Academy is an Intensive Residential Treatment Program for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Cohannet provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.
CompensationThe pay range for this position is
$29.81 to
$53.00 per
hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.

- YOU will be able to create a safe and therapeutic community by providing oversight and attention around documenting and administering medications and completing assessments to ensure the best treatment for youth that we serve.
- YOU will be able to help youth that we serve and families navigate their medical needs and help provide valuable skills to ensure the youth that we serve are successful in their next steps.
Requirements:- Massachusetts RN license
- COVID-19 Vaccination required.
- New Graduates Welcome To Apply!
- Residential program or mental health program experience preferred; experience working with specialized adolescent populations preferred.
- Maintains valid driver's license as transporting youth that we serve is required.
- Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as required. Flexibility in shifts on holidays. Double time offered on certain holidays.
- At JRI, you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for youth that we serve!
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
