Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care within the scope of practice in the Oncology/Infusion Center. Provides chemotherapy and related medical oncology treatments and education to adult patients with diagnosed malignancies. Reports to Clinical Manager for Oncology/Hematology and Cancer Registry Services
QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state RN License.
2. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Oncology Nursing Certification preferred.
4. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Facility Specific Requirements (as applicable, required):
5. Chemotherapy/Biotherapy provider card within 270 days (9 months) of hire.
