Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum one year of preferred clinical experience
Oasis knowledge or end-of-life care experience preferred

Jet Health, Inc / Klarus Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. We are looking for full time, part time orPRN RNs who are passionate about providing quality home health care to our community-based patients in Granbury, Weatherford,TX and the surrounding areas.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments.
Provide case management and coordination of care.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
Job Qualifications:
