Full Job Description
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the administration of care with our Medical Operations team. This includes responding to patient questions, assisting with scheduling, and using your clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to promote patient health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
    • Work with pharmacists, physicians, and our Care team to ensure patient requests are handled within the expected timeframe and quality level
    • Communicate with patients via the phone, video or in secure chats to provide education on treatment plans and answer basic medical questions within your scope of practice
    • Coordinate patient scheduling, follow-ups, and blood test ordering process while acting as a resource for physicians within your scope of practice
    • Work with the Medical Operations team to identify opportunities to reduce member and physician pain points
    • Collaborate with a team of nurses to provide high-quality, around the clock patient care
    • Under the supervision of a physician, coordinate patient care within the medical team
    • Assist in training and educating the Care team on new campaigns
    • Be the eyes and ears of the patient, and alert the product and operations team of any technical issues that are roadblocks in the patient experience. Also be the patient's head, shoulders, knees, and toes.
    • Find creative, fun, and professional ways to deliver the best possible care for our patients


Requirements:
    • BSN degree in Nursing
    • Active, unrestricted RN license in New York and additional states (CA, PA, OH, MA preferred) and the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
    • 3+ years experience caring for patients in a hands-on, acute care setting OR 2+ years combined experience in hospitals/outpatient clinics/insurance companies
    • Off the charts enthusiasm, patience, and empathy when helping our members
    • Excellent communication skills

    • High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
    • Ability to think critically and quickly, and to work autonomously
    • Strong organization skills and the ability to maintain a cool head under pressure
