INTERIM Director of Nursing Services/DNS/RN: We're seeking an Experienced Nursing Director to join our Skilled Nursing Management Team. Duties Include includes but are not limited to • Assist the Administrator with management responsibilities and maintaining quality of care. • Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all nursing staff levels. • Meet the nursing medical needs of all residents. • Coordinate and direct the total planning for nursing services. • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. • Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records. • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and orienting new nursing staff. • Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs.
