QualificationsLicensure:- Active New York State Nursing License in good standing
Education:- Baccalaureate (preferred), Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing.
Certification:- American Nurses Association endorsed Certifications or Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses Certification Preferred (*Based on Certification specialty hours of work requirement).

1-year Critical Care or SDU experience or upon successful completion of the GHMC ICU Fellowship program.

PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer;
MERT Training within 6 months of hire or transfer
CRRT Training within 1 year of hire or transfer TNCC required within 1 year for all new hires and transfers; *Staff will be required to complete a CRRT Refresher every two years.
ECCO & ENA Modules required within 9 months or must demonstrate competency Hospital Crisis Intervention Training Course upon hire or transfer and annually thereafter.
