Position Highlights:
  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
  • EMR system is EPIC
  • $44.56-$54.59/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
  • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance for candidates relocating more than 50 miles
  • Additional pay for your bilingual skills, paid on hours worked
  • $9,500.00 Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure:
    • At Hire: $2,850.00
    • At 180 days (6 months): $3,800.00
    • At 12 months: $2,850.00
    • Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)

What You'll Do:
  • Provide direct nursing care, including patient assessments, vital signs, medication administration, documentation, and patient education
  • Supervise, coach, and support nursing and support staff, including scheduling, performance management, and staff development
  • Coordinate daily clinic operations and patient flow in collaboration with providers and ancillary staff
  • Assist providers with diagnostic procedures, treatments, and implementation of patient care plans
  • Ensure compliance with YVFWC policies, HRSA, TJC, and regulatory standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
  • Active WA Registered Nurse license
  • Dual Washington/Oregon licensure required within 120 days
  • One year of experience as an RN required; Two years of supervisory experience is preferred
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC): If the RN holds a license from a participating NLC state, they must provide proof of primary state of residence and proof of completed suicide-prevention training during the first week of onboarding. If relocating to Washington, the RN must obtain a Washington RN license within 6 months of hire and update their primary state of residence within 60 days of relocation.
  • BCLS within 90 days of hire; ACLS and PALS preferred
  • Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred at a level 10
