As our Registered Nurse (RN), you'll have the opportunity to:

What You'll Do

As the Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide nursing services and care coordination for clients receiving outpatient behavioral health services.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting nursing assessments, health screenings, and obtaining vital signs
  • Monitoring client health status and identifying medical concerns requiring follow-up
  • Performing medication reconciliation, monitoring, and client education
  • Reviewing laboratory results and coordinating appropriate follow-up care
  • Collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary treatment teams to support client treatment goals
  • Educating clients and families regarding medications, health conditions, and wellness strategies
  • Supporting crisis response and clinical triage efforts as needed
  • Completing timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record
  • Conducting visits to residential settings and other program locations as needed
  • Promoting a safe, welcoming, and recovery-oriented environment for clients and families

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Valid Montana driver's license, personal vehicle, and current insurance coverage
  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, community health, or outpatient healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of psychiatric medications and behavioral health conditions
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR/EMR)
  • Experience providing patient education and care coordination services
