Job Summary:
As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve their dietary goals and promoting overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement personalized meal plans for patients with diverse nutritional needs
• Conduct nutrition assessments and provide dietary counseling to patients and their families
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics
• Provide nutrition education to patients, families, and staff
