Hiring Range: $81,977 - $92,224 per annum (plus comprehensive benefits)

Location: 7120 Hurontario Street, Mississauga, ON L5W 1N4 *requires various travel through out Peel Region
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm *may require evening and weekend availability based on operational needs
Who we are:
The Oral Health Team conducts oral health screening in elementary schools and community clinics. The Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) will provide dental hygiene preventive care (dental sealants, topical fluoride applications and teeth scaling) for children aged 0-17 in portable, mobile and fixed clinics in locations throughout the Region of Peel.
As an RDH, you will support for clients to access the Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO) program which provides free dental care through government funding to those who are eligible. In addition to your clinic practice, you may be required to utilize your knowledge and expertise to participate in health promotion and projects related to oral health programming.

Work Mode & Job Location: In this role, you’ll benefit from the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes meaningful in-person connection. A minimum of two days per week on-site is expected, with additional in-person presence as operational needs evolve. This arrangement allows for a blend of in person and hybrid work that adapts to support both organizational priorities and employee flexibility and is subject to change over time.
This role requires travelling to various community settings across Peel Region based on operational needs. You’ll be actively involved in face-to-face care and community outreach.
